Dornier 28S (Staggerwing)

This is the Dornier 28 with the most fantasy the Dornier 28S (Staggerwing).  Best usable wings were the wings of a Fairey Swordfish because they are narrow at the roots.

The lower wings are fixed to where the engines were attached so the engines are replaced by one single engine from an Arado 196 floatplane.

As for the landing gear, I wanted the landing gear of a Stuka but this went to another plane, so I reused an very old landing gear which looks to have been snowshoes from a Finnish Fokker D-21 to which the halves of a wheel were glued.  The plane stands a bit too high on the landing gear so to see.
