This is a Revell
1:48 scale Sikorsky CH-53G, built for the Israeli service, as Yas'ur 2000. The
CH-53 has served with the IAF since September 1969, and goes by the Hebrew

Hobby Color
paints H-72 Dark Earth (brown) were used to finish the Yas’ur
2000. Most IAF helicopters are having this color. For markings,
IsraDecals IAF-10 (yellow chevrons) and IAF-04 were used. The
IAF-10 sheet is comprehensive, containing decals for every type of
helicopter that has served or is serving in the Israeli Air Force. The markings
I chose are for Yas’ur 2000 No. 040, named ‘Baz-Tzukim’.
IPMS
Israel
will publish an article about this Yas’ur 2000 model kit in the next “knne-Mida”
model magazine, at the beginning of December 2004.
