1/72 Italeri Henschel Hs-126

I’m new here and this is my first (but not last!) article on ARC.  I’m French and I live near Lyon in the south east of France.  I began the modelling when I was teenager with 1/72 Heller kits.  Now I build 1/72 or 1/48 WW2 aircraft and sometimes 1/35 AFV or 1/72 modern aircraft.

This kit isn’t a new Italeri item, but in my opinion it’s the only one.  I built it out of the box.  I just added scratched seatbelts and some cables, pipes and aerial.  This aircraft was painted with Tamiya acrylics and I used an airbrush.  I did the weathering with oil paints and pastel dust.  Decals are from the box, they are for the 14 reconaisance squadron with the Luftwaffe in Libya during 1941.  Adjustments aren’t perfect, due to the age of the kit, but with patience and putty you can obtain a nice and not common plane.

For questions or comments, contact me, it will be a pleasure to discuss about modelling!
Best Regards and happy modelling.

Sébastien
