1/48 Hasegawa F-4D

--------------------

This was a difficult and interesting project.  I decided to make the most known Steve Ritchie and Chuck Debellevue F-4D of the Vietnam war.  For these markings I used self-made decals, printed on old Alps.  Later Printscale produced decals with this plane and I helping with materials for this decal.  When I worked with this kit, I used Eduard photoetched parts for the F-4E.  SUU-23 gun pod and ALQ-87 container from a Hasegawa set.  I scratchbuilt the ALQ-101 container.

The kit is painted with Xtracolor Enamels. Markings with 5 victories on August-September, 1972 when flown by Steve and Chuck.

Later this plane had 6 stars after a new victory.
