This new decal sheet from Zotz Decals includes markings for 6 different P-39 Airacobras flown by Soviet Aces.....two with nose artwork and one in white winter camo.

  • P-39Q-15-BE, 44-2547 flown by Maj. Gregori Rechkalov, 16th GIAP, Germany 1945.  Olive drab plane with large number of kill markings. 

  • P-39N-BE, 42-9004 flown by Col. Aleksandr Pokryshkin, 9th GIAP, Germany spring 1945.  Olive drab plane. 

  • P-39N/Q unknown serial number flown by Maj. Vyacheslav Sirotin, 17th IAP, Poland late 1944.  Olive drab plane with eagle noseart. 

  • P-39Q-5-BE, 42-20414 flown by Capt. Alexander Filatov, 30th GIAP, Poland autumn 1944.  Olive drab plane with playing card noseart. 

  • P-39N-BE, 42-9033 flown by Gregori Ustinovish Dolnikov, 100th GIAP, Germany May 1945.  Olive drab plane with script as noseart. 

  • P-400, unknown serial number flown by unknown unit of the northern Fleet in 1941/1942.  White winter camo.

The decals are contained on 2 decal sheets and contain all the special markings for these aircraft.  You get one set of national insignia and the stencils you can source from the decal sheet that will come with your model.  The printing quality is first rate and the decals are very crisply printed.

This is quite the nice decal sheet with a great selection of Aces and noseart as well as one plane with winter camo....which is one of my favorite WW2 camo.
