I've just completed the Hobby Boss SH-60B in the markings of HSL-47 Saberhawks, another local SH-60 squadron based in sunny San Diego.

The Kit is basically the same as the HH-60, with the addition of a few Anti-Submarine tooling. This kit is by far the best H-60 kit on the market. I absolutely love this company and this kit. What a great looking Helo!! The interior was challenging, but I pulled it off to look great. The paint was the same used on my HH-60, once again a perfect match from the real one. The blue was a bit too light, but I think it was a good match. I got a comment from a member of ARC saying my HH-60 looked store bought and fake. Trust me I put alot of time a detail into my work. I don't weather my models. They turn out too nice for me to do that.

You are probably wondering about the coin, I got it while stationed out in NAWS China Lake from the CO of HSL-47.  We did such a great job parking 4 SH-60's and fueling them, that within an hour time span with 4 fuel trucks of course for each helo, we had them parked, shut down, fueled, and started up to complete their mission. So we all were awarded coins from the squadron CO.

Maybe I'll try a Coast Guard HH-60 to top off my H-60 line.
