Inspired to build this aircraft by seeing the real thing and the way to do the conversion by seeing another builder do one here on ARC. I added Attack Squadron engines, sponsons and wheels to the kit. The conversion is realized by using donor parts from a second kit (not a cheap conversion and takes some will power to cut up a brand new kit) I also rescribed panel lines fabricated exhaust pipes, added CanmilAir decals and Archer fine transfer rivet lines. The flight deck was spruced up a bit and some windows relocated. I also deleted the entire inside cargo area.

The kit was painted with Tamiya acrylics, metal colours are Alclad, I could have weathered it a bit more but, I'm happy with the final finish. Which, by the way, is very close in size to a 1/32 B-17G

Enjoy the photos.
