1/48 Revell DC-3 (Dakota Target Tow)

Boy. You could not miss this one flying around. This is a Revell DC-3 made as a RCAF Dakota from the 50s. Its in the bright target tow scheme using Canmilair decals. Sadly we can not order those anymore as that wonderful collection of Canadian special order decals are no longer available.

My kit which was once in a moldy old box was sitting on my waiting to build shelf for several years. During that time it appears the port engine went missing. So for a simple fix I added a Kleenex tarp as a winter cover. The other cover is in the back of the Day along with a folded up "banner target. I also included a photo of my other 1970s Canadian dad and a B-25 banner plane.
