--------------------

Here comes my newest Roll-Out , it´s a McDD F-4F Phantom from Revell in 1/32 of the German airforce. It was flown by the JaBoG 35 "Pferdsfeld" at Decimomannu in 1987.

Building went straight forward . Some fittings went not so well, but with a little bit of putty you can handle this . The cockpit and the whole surface are well detailed, fitting the landing gear is a little bit tricky. The kit also contains flatted wheels for the landing gear, which were used in my case.

The painting shows a "Norm 81" camouflage ,which was used by the German Airforce until the early 90´s.  I painted the plane with Revell, Tamiya and Testors colours , and did a little weathering with pastell chalks. The decals are form the kit , which also offers to build another Deci Phantom and special-paint called "Wild horse" (blue/red with a big horse along the fuselage and a huge squadron mark on the underside. I hope you like it !! If you have any questions ,just mail me, I´ll answer for sure

keep on happy modelling,

Martin from Cologne
