Silly Week 2007

The failure of the Germans to produce a actual Transatlantic bomber must have frustrated the German Luftwaffe high command. But, the German Navy might have had other ideas....

This design idea is the result of using two Revell 1/720 Graf Zeppelin aircraft carrier kits. I upgraded the aircraft with Pit-Road (Japanese company) 1/700 and White Ensign 1/700 aircraft.  There are 2 He 177A bombers, 3 He 111H bombers, 4 Ju 88A bombers, 2 Bf 110 AWACS, 4 Ju 87G diver bombers, 4 Me 262 fighters, 3 Ar 123 bombers and 1 (scratch built) Fa 223 twin rotor helicopter with floats. All of the attack aircraft have foldable wings.

Who knows, the German could have had their own version of the Doolittle raid on Washington DC.
