The Mk.77 incendiary bomb is the modern version of the napalm bombs used in Vietnam and has much the same destructive characteristics.  Instead of the gasoline, polystyrene, and benzene mixture used in napalm bombs, the MK-77 uses kerosene-based fuel with a lower concentration of benzene.  The mixture reportedly also contains an oxidizing agent, making it more difficult to put out once ignited, as well as white phosphorus.

This detail set contains:

  • 2 resin incendiary bomb bodies

  • 2 resin nose tips

  • 1 decal sheet

There are 2 pages of instruction in the usual line drawing format that Eduard is famous for and which are so easy to follow.  The instruction contain painting instructions and decal placement instructions.

These Mk.77 incendiary bombs will give you the option of a very interesting bomb load on your next jet model.

You can buy this detail set and thousands of other items directly from Eduard Model Accessories.
