Carmel J Attard is here with a classic model of a very cool British prototype jet.  This is the 1/72 Frog/Novo Fairey Delta FD-2 and with some mods by a skilled modeller such as Carmel, it does build up into a beautiful looking model.  Read Carmel's article for the very interesting history of this delta winged jet.

Tolga Ulgur had a very enjoyable time building his perfectly stunning 1/32 Tamiya Spitfire Mk.IXc.  Tolga has a very high opinion of this kit and he added a few aftermarket goodies such as cannons from Master Model and resin cockpit door and Mk.IX 4-Slot main Resin wheels from BarracudaCast.  Then he finished it as an RCAF fighter with D-Day stripes.  I love it.

Graham Mansell is here with his entry for the IPMS Ottawa annual contest.  I'm pleased to see Graham chose the 1/72 Fine Molds Tie Fighter and he built this lovely kit OOB with the addition of someone seatbelts..

Burcin Emren has done a wonderful job detailing and finishing his 1/48 Hasegawa F-4G.  Burcin added an Aires cockpit set to improve upon the cockpit detail of the Hasegawa Phantom.  Burcin left the canopies open to show off all the fantastic detail in there and then finished his F-4 with a full weapons load.

Jorge Bonilla Alvarado is here from Monterrey, Mexico with his very nicely done 1/48 Monogram AH-1S Cobra.   Jorge opened the canopy to show off the detail and then gave his Cobra a full weathering job.  Very nicely done Jorge.

Thitaphol Meelarp (Neo) has done a marvelous job finishing his 1/144 Revell Boeing 737-800.  This particular airliner is the one used by the Thai Royal family as they travel the country performing their official duties.  The special markings are from a decal sheet by Siam Scale.  It's great to see a 737 in these markings.

Zotz Decals has a new preview image in their News section for a new 1/32 F-84 decal sheet.

Fabio Carabelli is here with an exceptionally well done 1/48 Tamiya P-51 D Mustang.  This Mustang is flawlessly finished with Alclad II and I was stunned to learn this is Fabio's first BMF model.  And to finish it off Fabio gave it a careful amount of weathering and shading.  Wow....you're going to love this one.

Austin Kennedy has been busy for 2 1/2 years creating his 1/72 Italeri MH-60K Blackhawk fast roping diorama.  Austin scratchbuilt or modified pretty well everything in this diorama and his attention to detail and accuracy can been read about in his article and seen in his photos.  This is truly one very impressive and well done diorama.

Alex Grivonev joins us today with his first article on ARC.  This is his 1/72 Fujimi Spitfire Mk. XIV that has been enhanced with some scratchbuilt parts.  Alex went with the kit decals and then gave his sharp looking Spitfire a weathering job for added realism.  It's a  great looking Spitfire Alex.....welcome to the ARC homepage......I look forward to seeing more of your models on ARC in the future.
